The India ITME is sponsored and promoted by Textile Machinery Manufacturers' Association (India) (TMMA), Indian Textile Accessories & Machinery Manufacturers' Association (ITAMMA), Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI), Textile Association of India (TAI) and the Bureau of Indian Standards.

Chairman's message
The global textile industry is expected to grow @ of 5.7% p.a and Indian share is expected to be 7% by 2012. The Indian Textile Industry is the second largest in the world and accounts for 38% of the country's total export.
The textile machinery industry, both domestic and international, has an integrated role to play in terms of quality and competitive price to sustain the growth expectations as mentioned above.
