Exhibition Tariffs:
Bare Space Rs.7,250/- per sq. mtr
Minimum 36 sq. mtrs
Shell Scheme Rs.8,000/- per sq. mtr.
Minimum 9 sq. mtrs.
Larger stalls will be in multiples of 3 sq. mtrs. in both ways
Notes Top
  • The space rental does not include charges for telephone/fax line, e-mail, drainage connection, electricity, compressed air connection for which separate tariffs are prescribed.
  • Service Tax (As per Government Rules) @ 10.30% or prevailing rate is payable.
  • Concession : Those exhibitors who are members of either Textile Machinery Manufacturers' Association (India) (TMMA) or Indian Textile Accessories & Machinery Manufacturers' Association (ITAMMA) for a period of more than one year to the date of the exhibition will be entitled for 10% discount on the basic space rental.
  • Subletting or transferring of stall space to a third party is disallowed. The list of exhibits can be altered or added only with the permission of Exhibition Authority. No second-hand products will be allowed to be exhibited.
  • Exhibitors would be levied extra charges who opts for additional "open sides" as under:

Application for space booking
Application for space booking at the ITME EXPO 2010 should be made in the prescribed forms appended with this brochure. The Exhibition Authority reserves the right to reallocate the space allotted to the exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the Exhibition. Such allocation/reallocations will be at the sole discretion of the Exhibition Authority and the exhibitors shall have no claim for compensation as a result of the allocation/ reallocation as above. The application in the prescribed format should be complete and sent along with the applicable advance payment to :

Important dates :

'The last date  for submission of Application Form for space booking with 25% payment which was 31st March 2010, the same date is extended up to 15th April 2010.  All applications must be accompanied by the product catalogues/leaflets of the exhibits.'

31st May 2010 : Second instalment of 50% of total cost of space booking to be paid
31st July 2010 : Third and final instalment of 25% of total cost of space booking should be remitted
Cancellations :
Cancellation of participation or reduction in space requirements by exhibitors will be subject to the following charges to be paid/adjusted against advance amounts received from the exhibitors:

Before 31st May 2010 : 40 per cent of the total rent
Before 31st July 2010 : 65 per cent of the total rent
On or after 31st August 2010 : 100 per cent of the total rent

For determining the effective date of cancellation, the date on which written communication conveying cancellation of stall space is received by the Exhibition Authority will be the effective date.
Stall Allocation :
Allocation of the position and details of the stalls, if any, will be decided by the Exhibition Authority. The details of stall/space allotment will be communicated to the exhibitors by 31st August 2010.
Late Applications : Top
Subject to availability of rental space, late applications from exhibitors will be entertained by the Exhibition Authority. The last date prescribed for such applications is 31st May 2010. Parties sending in late applications are required to apply in the prescribed forms together with the prescribed full rate of space rental and additional surcharge @ 25% of the space rental. Allotment of space or rejection of such late applications will be at the absolute discretion of the Exhibition Authority.
